Lately, there is a great interest towards celebrating Africa, and it’s Riccardo Tisci’s time to express his point of view.
The new Givenchy Menswear collection turns African style into techo-tribalism. Operating on the surface, the designer creates complex digital prints (displaying boom boxes and dissected electronics), plus some of his favorite motifs – kaleidoscopic effects, stripes and stars, layering etc. But, after all, Tisci remains faithfull to the Italian style in menswear – bold, joyful, colorful, healthy.
